• A non-refundable Booking Retainer is required to reserve ALL appointments. 
•  This retainer secures your appointment time and will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. 
• It is not an additional fee.
• NO BOOKING RETAINER = NO APPOINTMENT
• ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
• NO REFUNDS/CREDIT

• Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time with at least 24 hours' notice.
• If rescheduled 24 hours or more before your appointment, your Booking Retainer will transfer to your new appointment.
• Additional reschedules, or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your Booking Retainer.
• A new non-refundable Booking Retainer will be required to reserve another appointment.

• Booking Retainers are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made at any time will result in the forfeiture of your Booking Retainer.
• Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will also forfeit the Booking Retainer.
• A new non-refundable Booking Retainer will be required to reserve any future appointment.

To ensure a relaxing experience for all clients, no additional guests or children are permitted during your appointment unless previously approved.

If you are under the age of 16, a parent or guardian will need to come to the appointment with you.

Wax Bar Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. 
• Clients arriving 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled. 
• The Booking Retainer will be forfeited.
