Please come to your appointment alone. No extra guests/children may enter the suite. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and a fee will apply.
If you are under the age of 16, a parent or guardian will need to come to the appointment with you.
Inappropriate behavior will result in you getting banned from booking any future appointments.
No Deposit is needed. However, if you fail to show up to your appointment there will be a 100% NO-SHOW FEE charged to the card you put on file when you book your appointment.
Payment failure will result in a blocked account until the invoice sent to your email is paid in full.
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
NO REFUNDS/CREDIT
Clients will have a grace period of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and a no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

You will be asked to fill out an Intake form when you come in for your appointment.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not be charged.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
• Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• In the case of an emergency, please communicate with me as soon as possible.
