Please come to your appointment alone. No extra guests/children may enter the suite. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and a fee will apply.

If you are under the age of 16, a parent or guardian will need to come to the appointment with you.

Inappropriate behavior will result in you getting banned from booking any future appointments.

No Deposit is needed. However, if you fail to show up to your appointment there will be a 100% NO-SHOW FEE charged to the card you put on file when you book your appointment.

Payment failure will result in a blocked account until the invoice sent to your email is paid in full.

If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.

NO REFUNDS/CREDIT

Clients will have a grace period of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and a no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

You will be asked to fill out an Intake form when you come in for your appointment.

Cancellation 24 hours in advance - no charge

Cancellation 24 hours before your appointment - 50% of service will be charged 

No-Show - 100% of service charged

If in case of emergency you need to cancel, please communicate with me.

Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

All appointments need to be booked online through the booking site on the home page & a card will need to be put on file.
